A Construction Cost Estimating Services Contract is required to provide estimating services for USPS construction projects planned throughout the United States and Trust Territories. Services will be performed by issuing work orders as needed. The USPS contemplates that the work under this project will be implemented by awarding one or more contract(s), classified as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with escalation provisions. The contracts will be awarded to the responsible offerors whose offers, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Postal Service. Performance Time: Base Period of two years with three one year renewal options. Solicitation packages will be available March 13, 1998.
