The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) does not intend to pay for information developed in response to this announcement and will not to award a contract as a result of this synopsis. OPM is interested in obtaining information regarding companies in the Washington, D.C. area with the ability to provide us with graphic services. OPM's graphic art requirements include, but are not necessarily limited to, preparation of posters, brochures, reports, fliers, promotional items, catalogues, and Federal Register notices. Companies responding to this notice should describe their previous experience, especially experiences supporting graphics requirements of Federal agencies. We also request a listing of facilities available, skills possessed by key personnel, references, and training of key personnel. We also request that a list of prices be submitted for all services offered. Since OPM may require a quick turn-around on some urgent requirements, weask that companies provide some information concerning their ability to perform work on an expedited basis.
