The training will cover RSIP modification to the radar and how the modifications affect the ASO crew position. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will have the knowledge and skills required to describe the major changes to the E-3 radar, the new radar user interface and the new joint ART/ASO interfaces and procedures. Courses are to be conducted at the contractor's facility and period of performance is date of award through 29 Sep 98. Request for Proposal is being issued to the Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle WA. It is the Government's intention to make award to Boeing. Proprietary rights to the system software and nonavailability of equipment is the justification for the sole source. (0071)
