Roofing work will involve rubber and metal. The effort will include the removal of existing roofs, construction of new roof pitches, insulation, and flashings. Siding work will involve installation of new metal siding to existing sided buildings and to existing concrete block buildings. The effort will include the removal of existing siding, installation of furring, insulation, flashings, trim and door and window replacement. Estimated range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid opening is not firm, but will be approximately May 15, 1998. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors.
