Cunningham, 304-726-5047 The primary effort is to provide all the necessary labor, equipment, material and supervision to pave miscellaneous areas of the plant. Paving will consist of resurfacing existing paved roads and parking areas, and the construction of new roads and parking areas. These efforts will include excavation, grading, fill and stone base placement, compaction, drainage, asphalt installation, stone shoulders, striping, seed and mulching, and traffic sign replacement. Estimated range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid opening is not firm, but will be approximately April 30, 1998. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. In order to obtain plans and specifications, please submit a $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems with a written request.
