Work includes renovation of interior, exterior, and building utility systems of Building 4 to convert existing garage bays and storage areas to approximately 4000 gross square feet of office space, as required by drawings and specifications. Issue date for the IFB package will be on or about 4/8/98. IFB package will be limited to one set per requestor, only to those intending to bid as prime contractors. Requests must be made in writing and must include a statement of intent to bid as prime contractor. Requests must also be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order, bank certified check, or company check in the amount of $15.00, refundable upon return of drawings and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days of bid opening.
