Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision,
transportation, and equipment as necessary to complete Exterior Repairs
at two U. S. Coast Guard Station locations in Chatham and Provincetown,
MA (Barnstable County). Work includes, but is not limited to exterior
painting of the main station buildings including four additional
buildings which are clapboard siding. Buildings have lead-containing
paint. Painting shall include wood siding, doors, windows and frames,
fascia and trim, and metal doors. Also, some brick masonry repointing
is required (approx. 400 sf), and some minor replacement of
cornerboards, siding, shingles, and small metal louvers, and incidental
related work. The estimated cost of this project is between $25k and
