The work includes reroofing six (6) military family housing buildings 9216, 9224, 9232, 9319, 9339, and 10613 in Hill Village by removing and replacing existing shingle roofing system including shingles, felt underlayment, sheet metal flashing, deteriorated sheathing, rotten woodwork, and other incidental related work. The magnitude for this solicitation is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated duration of the contract is 45 days for completion. Requests for solicitation packages must be submitted in writing, either by mail or fax and must contain the solicitation number. A site visit is scheduled for 9 April 1998 at 1:30 PM. Prospective quoters are asked to meet at Bldg 5500. Quotes must be received by close of business on 17 April 1998. This acquisition is solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis.
