The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure the USQ-113 (V)2 Phase III Radio Counter measures Set, from Lockheed Sanders, Nashua, NH 03061-0868 on a sole source basis. If awarded, the total USQ-113 (V)2 Phase III requirement will be for approximately 33 units (an increase of 9 units over the original effort as described in synopsis number 20190-96 dated 16 December 1996). Associated Integrated Logistics Support, interim spare and repair parts and associated data will also be procured. In addition, the contract may contain priced options for approximately 35 USQ-113 (V) 2 High Power Amplifiers. Lockheed Sanders is the designer, developer and sole producer of the USQ-113(V)2 Phase III Radio Countermeasures Set.
