This is not a request for proposal. The Air Force is seeking sources able to provide Video Teleconferencing capability for their Command Special Programs Secure Video Teleconferencing Network (CSP/SVTCN). The qualified source must be able to provide equipment, installation, maintenance, and technical support for the video teleconferencing network. The network will include multi-sites throughtout the U.S. and overseas. The qualified source must be able to provide all sites with secure communication and data transmission capability, and the additional capability for unencrypted/non-secure communication and data transmission. In addition, the qualified source must be able to meet the following requirements: 1. Provide Contractor project management to plan and control the performance of tasks required by the Government for the SVTCN. This includes providing accurate tracking and reporting of events, funds, progress, status, equipment, site surveys, and other things that significantly affect successful execution of the program. Management includes security management in accordance with the DD 254 and contract management. 2. Support quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the Government. 3. Travel as necessary, to perform required tasks. Travel shall be in accordance with the Federal Joint Travel Regulation (JTR). 4. Provide engineering support and labor as needed, including, but not limited to; site surveys, configuration design, ordering proper equipment and software and inspection/acceptance/delivery thereof, installation, ensuring compatibility, network control and documentation, maintenance, inventory, testing, site personnel training, reports, and any support needed for successful execution of the program. 5. Provide the quality, compatibility, cost control, ease of use, reliability and flexibility that maximizes the Government's use of the SVTCN. 6. Provide personnel that have exixting Security Clearances at the "Collateral Secret" level. These personnel must be cleared and able to start work as soon as a contract is awarded.
