AMSAM-AC-ML-AC, Ellen Daniels Contracting Officer, 205-842-6021. It is
the intent of the Government to award a contract for Contractor
Logistic Support to diagnose, maintain, repair and test all AMCOM
managed major and secondary items, assemblies amd subassemblies
contained in the STINGER System for which Raytheon Missile Systems
Company is the only source with the expertisee, knowledge, and
technical data package with which to repair these items for the STINGER
Weapon System. The period of performance will be for five fiscal years
beginning in 1999 and continuing through 2003. Offerors must be
approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies
or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate
with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small
business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in
connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s)
listed. RFP will be issued to Raytheon Missile System Company, P.O. Box
11337, Tucson, AZ 85734. All responsible sources may submit a bid,
proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
