Michael Dodd, SEA 02522, Ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to extend the ordering period under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-95-G-5612 with Raytheon Service Company, 5740 East Bayside Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455, to support the MK-74 TARTAR MFCS, MODs 14 and 15. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". Orders will provide labor, materials, and other direct costs required for the field repair and/or modification of units, assemblies, and subassemblies of the MK-74 TARTAR MFCS. The effort required shall include the necessary engineering services to remove and replace ship replaceable units and other support such as factor and design personnel, equipment, parts and other effort on items as may be required for the solution of technical problems.
