Michael Dodd, SEA 02522, Ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to extend the ordering period under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-95-G-5612 with Raytheon Service Company, 5740 East Bayside Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455, to support the MK-74 TARTAR MFCS, MODs 14 and 15. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". Orders will provide labor, materials, and other direct costs necessary to fabricate, build and certify test fixtures as required for the repair, test and certification of units, assemblies and subassemblies of the MK-74 TARTAR MFCS.
