Simonson (607) 776-5415 Furnish Scarce Medical Specialist Services in the field of Dermatology to perform necessary evaluations and consultations to beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York 14810. All services are to be provided weekly with each visit lasting approximately four (4) hours seeing 18-20 patients/per visit. All services shall be performed at this facility and Contractor may utilize existing Government-owned equipment. All scarce medical personnel associated with this proposal must be licensed to practice medicine in New York State (proof of license required) and be board certified in applicable field, graduated from approved School of Medicine and be a United States citizen. Professional liability insurance must also be provided. Contemplated Issue Date is March 19, 1998 with an approximate Opening Date of COB April 16, 1998.
