The Contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, supplies, and equipment to provide/construct new prosthetics, repair prosthetics, and new orthotics, repair orthotics, post operative temporary prosthetics, prefabricate orthopedic appliances and provide consultation regarding fit and suitability of orthopedic appliances. The Contractor shall also provide brace and amputee and spinal cord injury clinics at the following Navajo Area Indain Health Service hospitals/health centers: Kayenta Health Center, Kayenta, AZ; Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Crownpoint, NM; and Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, NM.
