The revised issue date is March 20, 1998 with proposals due approximately April 21, 1998. Offerors who have requested the RFP, need not submit another request. This solicitation may be obtained in either of two ways; by mail or by downloading a file from the World Wide Web at http://www.samhsa.gov/contract. Files will not be made available on the World Wide Web until on or after the estimated issuance date. Download instructions are posted on the Web. Once downloaded, you should determine if you have a continuing interest in the RFP. If so, you must either write the individual identified above that you wish copies of amendments to the RFP (if any) sent to you by mail or check the Web regularly for amendments which will also be posted there and can be downloaded electronically.
