SMALL BUSINESS PROCUREMENT CONFERENCE SPECIAL NOTICE. The General Services Administration's National Capital Region will host its annual Small Business Procurement Fair on April 3, 1998, from 8:00 am -- 4:00 pm. The procurement fair will be held at the National Building Museum, 401 F Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The building is located across from the Judiciary Square subway. The theme for this year is "GSA Acquisitions for the 21st Century". The participants will be able to attend a couple of workshops: (1) Joint Public Buildings Service, Federal Supply Service and Federal Technology Service Forum and (2) "FAR Part 15 Rewrite, Contracting by Negotiation". The attendees will also be able to ask questions about upcoming procurements of our Contracting Officers, learn how to submit bids or offers for goods and services, and pick-up copies of current solicitations.
