Smith (913) 684-1630 (Site Code DABT19) The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Exterior Paint and Miscellaneous Repairs in Main Post AFH Areas. All work performed by the contractor shall result in a complete, functional system. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted with an evaluation preference for SDB concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1721. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the government, considering price, qualifications, and past performance. The contract will be a firm fixed priced requirements type contract. Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about 29 April 1998. All request for the solicitation must be in writing and must reference the RFP number. No faxed or phone request will be accepted.
