The National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST's) Facility Services Division has a requirement for a complete turnkey video system. The system will be used in the NIST Conference Facilities area, control room, and auditoriums. The equipment will serve as a continuation of improvements of audio,video, video conferencing, and video projection on large screens. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors in descending order of importance shall be used to evaluate offers: 1) Technical acceptability of brand name and 2) Past Performance.
