prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Only
approved sources who have successfully completed the required
engineering test will be considered for award of this flight safety
part. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete
for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in
accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List (CASL)
procedures. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the
Government does not own specifications or drawings. Acquisition is
