E-MAIL: jlewis, jlewis@usda.aphis.gov. 87 -- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), International Services (IS), Brownsville, Texas, intends to acquire approximately 380,000 kilograms of texturized soybean flour. The texturized soybean flour delivered must be six (6) months or less from fabrication or processing. The texturized soybean flour shall not be fumigated or treated with any chemical compound to preserve it from microorganisms, insects or rodents. A 2500 kilogram sample is required for testing. F.O.B. destination Brownsville, Texas. A fixed price contract. The solicitation to be released on or about May 4, 1998.
