Contract line item numbers are; 0001- Quarterly routine on-site inspection of Genie lifts per year, including routine maintenance as required, quantity 12, and unit each: 0002 emergency hourly labor rate, quantity, to be determined and unit year; and 0003: Parts allowance, quantity to be determined. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Provide quarterly on site inspection of Genie lifts by a factory authorized service representative. For the John F Kennedy Center theater and other production sites.Perform routine maintenance as required. Upon inspection a recommendation for additional required services and or repair will be submitted to the COTR. In addition to these routine inspections, occasionally repairs are required on an emergency basis, which means immediately or same /next day.
