HUD intends to award a contract for tax services to be performed for properties within the jurisdiction of HUD's Detroit, Michigan office. The contractor will research, compile, and assemble all documentation and perform all tasks necessary to enable HUD to identify and pay all property taxes, assessments, and penalties by due dates. This procurement is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures, and the value of the contract shall not exceed $100,000. The base period of the contract will be one year. In addition, HUD will have the option to extend the period for one additional year. The contract will be 100% set-aside for a small business concern. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8999. The size standard is $5 million. Request for Quotations (RFQ) R-CHI-00369 will be available approximately 15 days from the date of this notice.
