The contractor will furnish an estimated quantity of 790 feet of 4 inch SDR 26 sewer pipe with bedding, 400 feet of 6 foot wide -- 4 inch thick insulation board, 390 feet of 8 foot wide -- 4 inch thick insulation board, 4 double cleanouts, 1 septic tank, 1 soil/water separator, lump sum for the concrete floor replacement, asphalt repair and other surface repair, 1 connection to existing man hole, and 2 connections to existing sewer. Mobilization for the project will be lump sum. The contractor will have 41 days to complete the project after Notice to Proceed is issued. Payment protection will be required and must be provided within 15 days after notification of award. Soliciation is a Request for Quotes and will be awarded on a purchase order on approximately May 1, 1998. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. (0072)
