Curtis (Site Code W31XNJ) The project involves construction of a new two-story U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) and a one-story Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) and Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA). Construction will include concrete foundations and floor slabs, concrete masonry unit (CMU) bearing walls, and insulated standing seam metal roofs. The facilities will include classrooms, library, learning center, multi-purpose area, kitchen, equipment storage areas, and an arms vault. The maintenance facility will include vehicle work bays, tool and parts storage, office space, and secure exterior parking areas for military equipment. This procurement is a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside as established by Section 8 (a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)).
