The project consists of intermittent emergency flood damage repair at 16 sites on four routes. Project includes: construction survey & staking; construction scheduling; contractor sampling & testing; 620 metric ton minor asphalt concrete; 1.8 hectare clearing & grubbing; concrete headwall for 1,950mm culvert and 2,700mm culvert; 4,500 metric ton crushed aggregate; 272 meters culverts; 250 meter underdrain; 23,000 cubic meter roadway excavation; 12,000 cubic meter rock borrow; 800 sq meter earthwork geotextiles; 50 meter guardrail; 374 sq meter geogrid retaining wall; 410 sq meter rockery retaining wall; 1,300 cu meter class 6 keyed riprap; 200 cu meter class 5 placed riprap; 10 meter guardrail removal; 200 hrs flaggers; 1,500 meter pavement markings; 2 slry units seeding & mulching; 1,600 sq meter mulch blanket; and other smaller items of work. This project is located approximately 15 miles north of Gold Beach, Oregon. Work shall be completed by July 31,1999. Estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and 2,500,000.
