Z- The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, California intends to issue a solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following requirement: Modify Parking Lot, Bld 10317 -- XUMU 96-1022C6 -- The magnitude of this project ranges between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract will consist of providing approximately 200 SY of class II aggregate base and A/C pavement. It will also include a concrete berm and under 5,000 sq ft of landscaping according to contract specifications. (This is not necessarily the entire scope of this project; the specifications and drawings will describe the work in detail.) Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1771. The small business size standard for small business concerns, including affiliates, is not to exceed $7,000,000 for its preceeding 3 years. Note 1 applies to this solicitation. Offers from large business concerns will be rejected. Total project performance period is 60 days, (not including landscape maintenance period). Plans and specifications will be provided on a "first come, first served" basis and will not be reprinted once depleted. Request for Quotations will be issued on 31 Mar 1998. Offers will be due not later than 10 April 1998. Award will be made based on acceptance of lowest offer based on price, from a responsible contractor.
