Services include all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, and management required for the maintenance, repair, and alteration of Military Family Housing at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia by means of a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract. The work includes, but is not limited to, service calls, chimney cleaning, pressure washing, HVAC preventive maintenance, self-help program management/operation, fire suppression, equipment maintenance, grounds maintenance, change of occupancy maintenance, appliance repair and installation and painting. The contract will be for a period of twelve months with four one-year options to extend services with the total contract term not to exceed sixty months. This is a negotiated procurement utilizing source selection procedures with award being made to the proposal considered most advantageous to the Government, cost or price and other factors considered.
