Potable hot and cold water piping, and aged and substandard plumbing fixtures will be replaced. Electrical wiring, switches, and receptacles replaced throughout building, with new fixtures in the remodeled areas. Remodeling includes repair of deteriorated or damaged building components, new flooring and floor re-finishing, wall finishes and trim, and cabinetry. This building is a historical building of historical significance. Work includes activities in the basement, crawl space, and attic. Estimated Value: $100,000 -- $250,000.
