The work includes the repair of all family housing units and real property, change of occupancy work, janitorial services, painting, appliance repair or replacement, moving/handling of household appliances, furniture, gutter, downspout, rain leaders, catch basin cleaning, inspection, cleaning and repairs of chimney's, maintenance repair and indefinite quantity work items of minor construction, alterations and repair work in occupied and unoccupied quarters. This procurement will be accomplished through a competitive negotiation process. Award will be based on price and other non-priced factors. The estimated date of availability of the specifications is 6 April 1998. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is 6 May 1998. Information regarding a Preproposal conference will be provided with the solicitation at time of issue. The specification may be obtained by submitting a corporate check, money order, or cashiers check in the amount of $25.00, payable to "US Treasury". This is a non-refundable charge.
