The General Services Administration (GSA) under the Memorandum of Agreement with the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) request the periodic purchase of automotive parts for the MPD Fleet Management Division. As a result of this solicitation, the GSA intends to initiate a Blanket Purchase Agreement (multiple contract awards). Parts are needed for automobiles and trucks (up to 3/4 ton) in such models as Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, and various foreign vehicles. The parts must be new and comply with applicable specification regulations. Offers must be submitted in response to the solicitation that will be released to the public within five (5) days of posting of this notice. The offers must include a unit price, bulk rate (if available), and any offered discounts. If the offeror does not stock or have accessibility to any item listed in the solicitation, indicate "N/A" next to stated item. Should an offeror have accessibility to items that arenot listed, and they are related to this solicitation, the item(s) and price may be included in the offer. As the Government should not be locked into commercial prices, discounts should also be part of the offer. Include any warranties, guarantees and return provisions that are available.
