Utilize the following analysis tools: DataModes, VSIfreq, VSIfilt, Rosette analysis and Desk Calculator. Select from the following digital filtering analysis functions: FIR and Butterworth Filter Design, high pass, low pass, decimation, interpolation and display filter response. Access frequency analysis capabilities including AutoPower, CrossPower, frequency response functions, integration and differentiation and harmonic and sideband cursoring. Analyze product durability using rainflow cycle counting, exceedance plots, stress life analysis, load life analysis and Rosette strain gage analyzer. Integrate information with Microsoft Office. Item 2: Strain Gage Module As a minimum the module shall have: Internal 350 ohm completion resistors. 2 wire and 3 wire quarter bridge as well as half and full bridge operation. 5 volt excitation. Two internal shunt calibration resistors that provide three selectable calibration steps. 8 bit DAC for gain and zero scaling input to 8 bit A/D converter. Software controlled zero and gain adjust (automatic and manual). Weigh no more than 130 grams. The dimensions of 76mm x 108 mm x 10.4 mm. Item 3: Filter Module As a minimum the module shall have: All filters that are 6 pole with 120 db/decade rolloff. A thirty pin bus interface with a SoMat 2086 analog transducer module. Weigh no more than 130 grams. The dimensions of 76 mm x 108 mm x 10.4 mm. Item 4: 90 Degree Lemo Transducer Cable The cable shall have a 90 degree lemo connector on one end and shall be able to interface with a SoMat 2100 unit. Item 5: Manta Thermocouple Signal Conditioning Module As a minimum the module shall : Be able to interface with a SoMat 2086 Analog transducer module. Cover Type K thermocouple inputs from -40C to 960C. Be trimmed to operate at room temperature with a + 1% relative error from -40C to 960C. Packaged in dust resistant rugged anodized aluminum case with one 4 position lemo plug and one standard type K socket. Provide the type K mating connector. Replace o-rings and sealing washer with silicon or teflon material. Replace 30 awg wired SoMat connector with 1 ft 24 awg teflon flying lead covered with Bently Harris expando 686DM. Circuit boards will be conformal coated with chemtronics silicon resin Mil-1-46053C. Circuit boards held in place with Dow Corning 3140 RTV. Item 6: 12 Bit Analog Modules As a minimum the module shall have: User selectable voltage excitation (2.5 v and +/- 2.5 v) Constant current excitation of 1 mA. Automatic or manual software controlled zero and gain offset. Scale factor calibration. Dual 8 bit DAC for scaling and zeroing input signal to 12 bit A/D converter. An allowable gain from 0.1 to 4265. Weigh no more than 130 grams. Dimensions of 76 mm x 108 mm x 10.4 mm. Items 7-12 are self explanatory and do not require specifications. General Specifications for all modules (excluding Item 5): Operating temperature range shall be -20C to +70C. Short circuit protected. Captive screws for lockdown of modules. Vibration: swept sine tested, 10-2000 Hz up to 60G s. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-03. This procurement is atotal small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3679 and 500, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to NASA/MSFC, Bldg. 4471 is required within 45 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-A7.
