A/E investigative and technical services to design and develop specifications and drawings for Project 98-101 Replace Elevators Bldg., #31 at the VA Medical and Regional Office Center, White River Jct., VT. Design will include a fully operational elevator replacement of the three (3) cab, four stop traction elevators currently installed in Building #31, complying with all VA, NFPA, NEC, ASME, ANSI and staff usage requirements. A phasing plan is required so that at least two (2) elevators are operational at all times. Work shall include a full field investigation of the working requirements outlined to be done as part of the project, full life cycle cost analysis, and the preparation of drawings and specifications within the established construction budget. The estimated construction range is $500,000 -- $1,000,000. Area of consideration is limited to within 200 miles of White River Junction, Vermont. The SIC code for this procurement is C114.
