The Navajo Area Indian Health Service is seeking for consultant services for a JCAHO and New Hospital Coordinator to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and the Quality Management Program in providing the following: (1 The Contractor shall perform a variety of coordination tasks for improving performance processes; 2) The Contractor shall establish expectations, plans, priorities and manages the performance improvement process; 3)The contractor performs the task of coordinating fixed equipment list for the new hospital (Fort Defiance Comprehensive Healthcare Facility), and reviews & advises the CEO of the architectural plans for the new Fort Defiance Comprehensive Healthcare facility; and 4) Provides professional consultative services to meet JCAHO statement of conditions for the physical structure of all hospital buildings in accordance with the Statement of Work.
