The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire one individual to provide secretarial services in support of the Family Service Center at the Naval Air Station Meridian, MS. The period of performance is a five-month base period beginning 01 May 1998 and ending 30 September 1998 with two one-year option periods. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures" and FAR Part 12 "Acquisitions of Commercial Items". This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded to the low price, responsible offeror who meets the personnel qualifications as set forth within the Statement of Work.
