Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) is issuing an amendment to Research Announcement DAAE07-98-Q-BAA2 published in the February 9, 1998 Commerce Business Daily. This amendment extends the proposal due date from 20 March 1998 until 31 March 1998. Additionally, this notice clarifies that a nonprofit organization can be the lead on a proposal as long as a "for-profit" organization is a partner.
