The work includes site grading and preparation, a concrete pad, electrical installation, fire protection, bathrooms, plumbing, lighting, interior finishes, mechanical system installation. The government will furnish the pre-engineered building. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy. The order of magnitude for the procurement is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 and the effort shall be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. The SIC Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 1542 and 17.0 mil respectively. The anticipated release date of the IFB/RFO is on or about 4/06/98 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about 5/12/98. Specifications and drawings will be available upon request.
