This project consists of the construction of 1,080 ft. of two-lane asphalt surfaced road, the reconstruction of an existing campground loop, and site grading for an additional camping area. Additionally, the project consists of constructing a composting toilet with dumpster pad & hydrant, campground underground utility systems, and overnight campground facilities (picnic tables, fire rings, pedestal grills, tent pads & hydrants). Also included are demolition, road obliteration, site rehabilitation, and grading & paving of two parking areas. A Pre-Bid Site Visit is set for April 17, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. (MST) at the Potato Patch Campground. From Prescott take HWY 89 and HWY 89A approximately 22 miles north to Mingus Mountain Summit.
