The principle items of work shall include, but are not limited to the following: Provision of new grading, new water, sewer, gas, electrical, communication, and lawn sprinkler control services. Provision of new 4,000 sq. ft. Maintenance Building and new 216 sq. ft. Pesticide Management Building with covered mixing and loading area and attached equipment wash down pad. Provision of new interior finishes, new plumbing fixtures, new heating and ventilation system and controls. Provisions of new exterior and interior electrical systems including fire detection, power and lighting. Provisions for relocating (existing) green house and planting nursery bed with provision for water and electric service to it. Provision for relocation of existing fuel tanks, used oil container, general storage shed, flammable storage shed, sand storage bin, gravel storage bin, and mulch storage bin including all materials, equipment, and tools currently installed in same. The magnitude of this project is $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. Only written requests will be accepted; telephone requests will not be honored.
