Weapons Agency (DSWA) is seeking contractors with the capability to
address a wide range of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) related
issues, including: arms control; force structure; employment; adaptive
planning; modernization; regeneration; reconstitution; proliferation;
counter proliferation; command and control; targeting; survivability;
physical security; air base operability; storage; transportation;
deceptive practices; dual-capable aircraft operations; and training.
The contractor shall perform research, technical analyses, and
assessments in support of the DSWA mission on a broad range of WMD
matters. Task Orders may be issued in the following areas: Force
Effectiveness; Arms Control; Scenarios, Planning, Infrastructure;
counter proliferation; Targeting; Storage and Transportation;
Dual-Capable Aircraft Operations; Advanced Survivability and Security;
Innovative Command and Control; Operational Test and Evaluation;
Readiness Development/Nuclear Weapons Training. This is anUnrestricted
Procurement. All requests for the RFP must be in writing. Faxed
requests are acceptable and should be faxed to the attention of
