The Government furnished transportation expenses will be considered as a cost factor in vendor selection, e.g. distance from the Phoenix, Arizona storage location to the vendor's proposed facility location. USMS policy prohibits any Buyer's Premium. The anticipated award date is April 3, 1998, via purchase order with performance beginning no more than 30 days thereafter.
