This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is two fold. First, it is to provide for the development of eight prototype pamphlets describing each of the eight HRSA sponsored Alzheimer Disease Demonstration Grant to State Programs identified for replication and one larger general pamphlet that describes key elements of the initial HRSA demonstration project with specific information on each of the eight programs. Secondly, it is to provide for the design and implementation of an Internet Homepage that will serve as an advertisement of the HRSA Alzheimer Demonstration Grant to States Program with its eight model projects, and provide the evaluation results of the Alzheimer's Demonstration Grant to State Program.
