Work shall include repairs, replacement and removal of existing typhoon damage(s) to facilities on various U.S. Army National Guard compounds at Guam Marianas Islands. The materials and work included are metal building components, interior finishes such as, floor tile, gypsum wall board, acoustic celing system, duct work, doors, windows, roof, wall panels and electrical. The work performance period shall not exceed 120 days. The estimated magnitute of construction is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
