Facility includes all supporting electrical, utilities, parking lot, sidewalks and landscaping. Facility will include spec;special electrical requirements for 50 HS equipment. Plans will be issued on or about 6 April 1998 with bid opening on or about 7 May 1998. A ninety (90) day bid acceptance period will apply to this solicitation. The construction period is 475 calendar days. The cost of plans and specification is $200.00 per set. This charge is non-refundable.
