Ryan (518) 786-4986 (Site Code DAHA30) Provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to furnish a new roofing system for Building 614 at the 174th FW Hancock Field ANG Base, Syracuse, New York, as per specifications and drawings provided by the Government, abiding to all codes and contracting clauses. The building is located on Baachi Street in the central part of Hancock Field. The base bid will include, but not be limited to, the complete removal of the built up roof including the insulation and flashing down to the existing precast concrete deck. Identify and replace deteriorated precast concrete roof planks (amount of planks to stockpile, per plans and specs). Provide vapor retarder, rigid tapered insulation, flashings and fully adhered roof system. The construction schedule and all elements of the project will need to be closely coordinated with the 174th FW Civil Engineering Office. The magnitude of this proposed project is between $250,000 to $500,000. The work will be bid as a lump sum, firm fixed price contract. The anticipated performance time for this project is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. IFB DAHA30-98-B-0004 will be issued on or about 8 April 1998, with a bid opening date on or about 12 May 1998.
