This project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the upgrade of electrical system in Building 351 in accordance with specifications and drawings. In general, the work will consist of installing new wiring, distribution panel boards, branch circuit panelboards, dry-type transformers, feeders, branch circuits and additional emergency lights. Contract performance period is 210 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid opening of 13 May 98 is ONLY an estimated date. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business. Solicitation packages are available at a nonrefundable $20.00 charge. All request must be submitted in writing.
