Grand Canyon National Park has a requirement for a Moduvan Ambulance, as manufactured by Wheeled Coach, Orlando, FL 32867, brand name or equal. Ambulance to be built on a Ford E-350 Cutaway Chasis, 7.3 L engine, with an ambulance prep package. Ambulance shall be four wheel drive and conform to Federal Specification KKK-A-1822E. Contractor shall meet manufacturers vehicle modification rpogram quality requirements. Solicitation will be issued on or about 3/30/98 and is due 04/27/98. Solicitation will contain complete and specific specifications. Finished ambulance is to be delivered to Grand Canyon National Park (FOB Destination). Overall length of the vehicle shall not exceed 245", overall height 97", and the width shall not exceed 85". Request for solicitation must be in writing.
