DuBose, Contracting Officer, 717-770-7107 The Defense Distribution Depot Norfolk (DDNV) located in Norfolk, VA has a requirement for the procurement of a conveyor system. This requirement shall include all the necessary services, labor, material, equipment and control components required to provide, install, test and make operable a Hot Pack Conveyor System. All work will be performed on the first floor of Building W-143. The function of the system is to receive, induct and transport binnable and palletized material to shipping. This system will induct pallet material in Bay Q-53. Material will be received via transporter truck onto a transporter dock or pallets will be placed on the transporter dock after they are staged on the floor by straddle truck. Demolition of the existing hot pack conveyor system will be the contractor's responsibility. The Contractor shall dispose of all removed equipment. This acquisition is unrestricted.
