The chiller must meet the requirements and performance characteristics as outlined in the specifications available through the Contracting Officer. The chiller unit will be installed at this facility by a construction contract to be awarded on or about the 1st of August 1998, therefore the chiller must be delivered to the facility no later than the 1st of August 1998.
