The U.S. Army CECOM proposes to procure by sole source with GTE Government Systems Corporation, quantity of 137 each, Master Timing Generator, NSN 5805-01-120-2920, P/O AN/TTC-39. 69 are to be delivered to New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, PA and 68 are to be delivered to Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX. Also required is quantity of 10 each, Display Unit NSN 7025-01-393-2462, P/O AN/TTC-39E(V). Delivery is required 180 days after contract award to Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. This acquisition is confined to a contractor's part number SM-D-811446 and 05818004 and must be compatible in form, fit and function with existing equipment. The government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase these items from other than the current source.
